Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within Canada (except Nunavut, Yukon, and Northwest Territories)! However, our shipping policy will continue to update so check back often to see if we ship to your location! 

 

Canada shipping rates (except Nunavut, Yukon, and Northwest Territories): 

Free shipping on orders over $100

On orders under $100:

Standard Shipping: $8.95

Please note that we don’t ship to PO boxes!

 

Order processing times:

We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), and orders are shipped within 1-3 days. Please expect an additional few days for processing during peak periods or holidays. We appreciate your patience :)!

Order tracking:

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you another email with your tracking number. If your confirmation email doesn't arrive, please check your spam or junk folder, or get in touch with us.

How long will shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on location and carrier. Including processing time, please allow approximately 3–8 business days from the time your order is placed. Delivery times will also vary depending on holidays and carrier delays.
